As a first-generation immigrant and former accounting manager with over 15 years of experience, Adriana’s personal journey of overcoming life’s challenges fuels her passion for guiding others toward inner peace and transformation.
Adriana specializes in helping driven individuals and professionals overcome anxiety, depression, and stress-related struggles, connecting them to deeper ancestral healing. Before the breathwork begins, Adriana gives a motivational speech and ends by explaining all the physical, mental, emotional, and transformational elements of this practice. He designed each session to put the participants at ease to remove any expectations, yet get them excited for what’s to come, which could possibly be one of the most profound life-changing experiences of they’ve ever had, whether they’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years, or it’s their very first time.
WHAT’S REQUIRED if online via Zoom?

- Yoga Mat and Blanket
- The most beneficial things your employees can bring is an open mind and the willingness to participate full-on
- Music player with quality headphones
- Sleep eye masks are optional but recommended
